How McLean Landscaping works

From your first message to a signed contract — here's exactly what happens at every step, and who's involved.

1. Tell us about your project

Submit your project details through our online form — takes about two minutes. If anything important is missing, a project assistant (which may use AI) follows up by text or email to fill in the gaps, so you don't have to fill out a long form up front.

2. We scope and qualify your project

Your answers are reviewed to confirm your project is a good fit for McLean Landscaping and that we have everything needed to get accurate pricing — things like size, location, and any site-specific details.

3. We request pricing from local providers

We reach out to qualified, independent local providers on your behalf and request pricing for your specific project. A person on our team reviews every request before it goes out — nothing is sent automatically without a human checking it first.

4. You get one clear, all-in estimate

Once pricing comes back, we put together a single, easy-to-read estimate — not a pile of confusing quotes to compare yourself. A person on our team reviews every estimate before it's sent to you, too.

5. You decide, then we connect you directly

If you accept, you're connected directly with the local provider who will actually do the work. The contracting party for your project is always clearly identified before you sign anything.

A person reviews every price before you see it

Some of your communication with McLean Landscaping may come from an AI project assistant — it will always identify itself as a virtual assistant if you ask. But the two moments that matter most — the request for pricing that goes out to local providers, and the estimate that comes back to you — are always reviewed by a person on our team first. Nothing about your price is set automatically.
